The total number of employees in the Group was reduced by 931 to 3,195 during the business year.

The support for and development of the employees is the guarantee for long-term company success and thus occupies great significance.
The Group has not cut back on training or advanced training that continues to form part of our sustainable personnel development policy.

Turnover
Today, 65% of turnover is generated in Europe excluding Germany.

Investments
Investments made in fixed assets at the production companies were reduced to an absolutely essential level and these mainly related to completing assets still on the production lines.
