Horstmar, May 2017 – Jörg Irsfeld has been in charge of the International Key Account Management (IKAM) department at Schmitz Cargobull since the beginning of April. He has therefore replaced former head of IKAM Josef Warmeling.
Josef Warmeling has left the company at the end of March.
Irsfeld has been an active member of the Schmitz Cargobull team for the past 25 years and is ideally qualified to continue the very successful and professional work of the Key Account Management team thanks to his extensive, advanced knowledge of the products and markets.
Irsfeld started out as a regional sales manager before taking over as Head of the Western Region in Germany in 2001. A huge number of freight carriers and logistics experts from his client base are familiar with the skills and passion he employs as Head of Schmitz Cargobull Trailer Centers West. He also works successfully in the neighbouring country of Luxembourg.
