Our galvanised subframe can be fitted to all trucks, regardless of the manufacturer. Accessories and bodies are simply mounted on the subframe. Its bolted construction means that components can be easily replaced, keeping down maintenance and repair costs.

Folding wall

Flexible loading and unloading with folding side walls for box bodies. The semi-trailer features side doors, which can be fully opened and boast an ATP-FNA certificate

Double-decker system

Flexible and higher utilisation of the trailer's capacity, thanks to its double-decker system. Ideal for freight that cannot be stacked. The system provides for gap-free loading using two infinitely height-adjustable split levels.

Double wing door

Maximum safety and optimum insulation, thanks to FERROPLAST^® rear doors. With single or double locking, depending on transport requirements and trailer dimensions.

Swing shutter

Fast loading and unloading without opening the swing doors. A FERROPLAST^® panel is fitted as a top flap to close the upper part of the tailgate together with the tail lift.

Dynamic Ramp Protection

The compressible stainless steel bumpers compensate for vertical movements under load and absorb impact shocks. The trailer body is protected and the impact force is directed into the chassis.

Scuff rail reduces wear with frequent loading and unloading.

Scuff plates

Scuff plates welded to the floor protect the side walls from damage. Insulation quality is unaffected, as there are no screw or rivet joints.

Reversing camera for safe loading and unloading, and protection of everyone involved.

Reversing camera

A reversing camera assists the driver when reversing. Whether docking to ramps, manoeuvring within a confined space or in narrow streets, visibility to the rear provides greater safety and avoids damage.

Multi-functional floor

The floor has a significantly longer service life than conventional floors, while also being lighter and more slip-resistant. Vertical clamping beams can be inserted directly into the recessed load securing profiles.

Internal lighting

Good illumination of the interior of the box is crucial for safe working conditions. A range of different light and switch versions are available to suit all requirements.

Side markers, and front and rear lights on trailers are required by law. Additional reversing lights or working spotlights and a warning lamp for the tail lift are also optionally available.
