Reliable insulation

The installation

The side walls, front wall, floor and back walls are equipped with thermal insulation.

The weight

The insulation material for the side wall is a flexible and highly efficient insulating foam, offering very good acoustic and thermal insulation properties, whilst maintaining a very low weight.

The certificate

With DIN 7001 certification, the thermal insulation of the body meets the technical criteria of thermal insulation as well as the requirements for asphalt transport.

Simple temperature measurement

Defined measuring points

Easy access: Four defined measuring points in the side walls for measuring with an insertion thermometer.

Electronic measurement technology

On request, the hollow can be prepared for the retrofitting of an electronic measuring system. In addition to a welded-on threaded bolt for attaching the measuring sensor, this also includes the laying of cables.

Flexible equipment

Floor & side wall thickness

Tippers with thermal insulation also transport other bulk material to increase the load capacity. The flexibility of use is achieved by the fact that there is a choice of different floor and side wall combinations for the thermal insulation.

Cover

A heat-resistant trough cover prevents heat loss to the top. Depending on the tipper version, you can choose between a high-quality, temperature-resistant tarpaulin with a convenient quick-release mechanism or an electrically or manually operated sliding roof.

Back panel versions

Various rear flap variants provide customers with maximum choice. A thermo-insulated rear wall is available with an internal or surface-mounted pendulum flap, together with hydraulic version for a steel round trough.
