  • Is TrailerConnect® FleetWatch available for all vehicle types? 
    TrailerConnect® FleetWatch is available for all vehicles with a Smart Service Trailer or Smart Service Cool tariff. Our team will be happy to help you find the right contract. 

  • Do I receive automatic warning messages or information about error messages or upcoming maintenance (e.g. e-mail, SMS etc.)?

    The automatic messages and error message notifications can be configured according to customer requirements. Messages about pending maintenance are sent directly from the service portal.

  • Are the functions exclusively linked to TrailerConnect® telematics or can data from other telematics manufacturers also be taken into account? 

    The functions are currently only available with TrailerConnect® telematics. If other telematics providers are required, please contact our team.
