Basic Service Trailer
The Basic Service Trailer Contract covers the costs for the replacement and wear of all brake and axle components with the following service components:
- Early notification of when the service checks are due
- Exchange and wear of all brake and axle components including EBS
- Optional: All statutory tests
- Europe-wide breakdown service
Modular service module: An upgrade to the full service trailer or full service tire contract is possible at any time, covering all wear and tear and breakdown costs. You have the option to extend your service contract at any time.
Full Service trailer
The Full Service contract includes repair and maintenance of new and used trailers - even those from other manufacturers. The range of services includes:
- Assumption of costs for replacing worn parts including material and labour costs
- Regular service checks with one of our 1,700 Service Partners throughout Europe
- Assumption of costs for legally mandated inspections, such as general assessments
- Europe-wide breakdown assistance with payment guarantee via Cargobull Euroservice
Repair Management
With our repair management we offer you a complete processing of all workshop invoices individually tailored to your fleet:
- Europe-wide processing of repairs, maintenance & breakdowns of the entire vehicle fleet (manufacturer-independent) via the Cargobull Repair System at agreed, fixed conditions
- Workshop-individual hourly rate
- Europe-wide uniform guide times and material prices* for Schmitz Cargobull original spare parts
- Invoice control, processing & billing by Schmitz Cargobull
- Execution of the work in the Schmitz Cargobull service partner network or with defined partners
Ideal supplements for the service contracts
Depending on your needs, you can optimally supplement your service requirements with these modules:
- Statutory inspections, incl. main inspection, safety inspection and load securing certificate
- Smart Service, incl. TrailerConnect® Telematics Tariff Alert and Proactive Monitoring Trailer
- Various vehicle options, e.g. repair service for tail lift and roller shutter door
Cooling Unit
By concluding a service contract for the cooling appliance, you can ensure that your cooling appliance is serviced regularly and repaired quickly and reliably in the event of a breakdown.

EXECUTIVE Package for S.CU
Our EXECUTIVE Package offers comprehensive services for your Schmitz Cargobull transport refrigeration unit for 24 months directly ex works. And is included as standard with the purchase of your S.KO.
It includes:
- Annual inspection, maintenance and leak test
- Repair of all wear parts
- Smart Service Package, incl. TrailerConnect® tariff and digital services
- 2,000 hours of cooling unit hours. Optional increase in cooling unit hours
- Calibration & evaporator cleaning
- Smart Service, incl. TrailerConnect® Telematics Tariff Control and Proactive Monitoring Cooling Unit & Trailer

Full Service cooling unit
Full Service for the cooling unit* includes maintenance, inspections and all repairs of wearing parts including material and labour costs. The package includes:
- Assumption of costs for replacing worn parts including material and labour costs
- Maintenance in line with the manufacturer's specification
- Pro-active monitoring of the Schmitz Cargobull S.CU cooling unit: automatic call from Cargobull Euroservice when an alarm message occurs
- Different optional additional services, such as travel costs, seal checks, evaporator cleaning and temperature recorder calibration.
* Available for Schmitz Cargobull, Thermo King and Carrier cooling units.

Full Service tyres
The Full Service package for tyres fully covers the cost of replacing worn and flat tyres. That means:
- Assumption of costs for the replacement of worn tyres, plus assumption of costs for malicious tyre damage*
- Europe-wide breakdown service with guaranteed payment of ?3,000
- Regular fleet checks
- More than 1,500 tyre Service Partners throughout Europe
- Additionally more than 2,500 tyre partners via manufacturers' networks
- In situ service in your own premises*

The Full Service Retread Tyres contract offers a sustainable alternative to our Full Service tyre contract. High-quality retreaded tyres are used for wear-related tyre changes. This not only saves resources, but also offers an optimised ct/km value. You receive this for a fixed monthly instalment.

- Regular inspection of tyres and air pressure
- Tyre history in the Cargobull Repair System
- Europe-wide breakdown service
Modular service module: You can upgrade to the Full Service Tyre or book the "Tyre service plus included" option at any time.
