Robust side wall for maximum stability

The double-shell steel construction ensures maximum strength and durability. Two different types of integrated columns reinforce the structure: one supports the double-deck rails, the other allows the installation of galvanised keyhole plates for flexible load securing.

Double-decker system

The double-decker system provides for flexible and greater utilisation of the semi-trailer. The system provides for gap-free loading using two infinitely height-adjustable and split levels. Ideal for non-stackable freight.

Robust and corrosion-resistant keyhole plates

The galvanised keyhole plates offer maximum corrosion resistance and reduce rust and the need to replace components. The reinforced curvature provides additional stability when using securing elements such as rods and straps – even under high loads.

Schmitz Cargobull roller shutter

The roller shutter means that no more time is lost, as the vehicle can be opened after driving up to the ramp. The lightest roller shutter on the market with XL certification according to EN 12642 (payload 27 tonnes).

Rear doors

The aluminium rear doors are corrosion-resistant, durable and lightweight.

Upper marker lights

Safety light as a combination light in conjunction with marker, rear, brake and indicator lights.

Heavy-duty rear package

The heavy-duty rear package consists of two double duo-rollers and a delta steel ram. This provides more protection for the trailer during loading and unloading.

Tail lift

Thanks to its tail lift, loading and unloading is easy even without a ramp. The tail lift enables the trailer to be directly loaded and unloaded.

Once reverse gear has been engaged, the system uses visual and audible signals to inform the driver of the distance remaining behind the vehicle. Non-palletised freight can be secured using flush-mounted load securing rails. Load securing beams can be hooked in anywhere, leaving the interior space free to use.

Tension strap for keyhole plates

For maximum flexibility in load securing, secure the lashing at any position along the keyhole plates.

Clothes rails

Ideal for transporting hanging garments. Simply hook it in at one of the flexible points for a secure hold.

Tension strap for double-deck rails

Perfect for securing loads on the second level. Quick to attach, reliably fixed.

Safety curtain

The safety curtain is used to ensure the safety of the cargo. In addition, the curtain can be secured to the side wall in the load securing rails with the straps provided when the curtain is not needed.

Lashing eyes

The lashing eyes, with a pulling force of up to 2 tonnes, provide flexible load securing points. Fits all common hooks for fast load securing.
