The axles of ROTOS^® running gear can optionally be equipped with a lifting function. The axle lift and starting aid increase efficiency, driving safety and traction, reducing tyre wear.

The Load Spread Program relieves pressure on the rear axle

Load Spread Program

If the semi-trailer is partially unloaded, the centre of gravity shifts and the fifth-wheel loading becomes heavier. The Load Spread Programme (LSP) takes pressure off the rear axle, compensating for the shift of the centre of gravity.

Side

Sidewall

The sidewall system allows fast and convenient handling, enabling the entire side to be opened or closed in under one minute, which reduces downtime and speeds up loading processes. Five interconnected door segments on each side ensure stable operation, with secure locking mechanisms at the front and rear of the semi-trailer body. Optionally for the European version a double-sided foldable wall is available, offering loading and unloading from both sides for greater flexibility in everyday transport operations.

The sliding middle post design ensures longer durability of the side doors and allows easy, precise positioning. The sliding middle post can be detached from its central position and repositioned across the full width of the trailer for maximun flexibility during loading.

Dynamic Ramp Protection

The system protects the body when the trailer reverses up to a ramp. At the same time, stainless steel roller bumpers compensate for the trailer's change of height when it is approached by a forklift.

Reversing camera

A reversing camera assists the driver when reversing. Whether docking to ramps, manoeuvring within a confined space or in narrow streets, visibility to the rear provides greater safety and avoids damage.
