The body is built without support laths for fast and secure loading and unloading. The tarpaulin is equipped with loops for flexible rear load securing combined with comprehensive certification.

The standard tarpaulin used on the curtainsider is extremely smooth-running and so can be opened and closed quickly and easily using only one hand.

Through-loading trailer equipment

Short loading times with through-loading trucks that can be loaded by forklift M.CS/Z.CS or M.KO/Z.KO. Up to 38 Euro pallets can be loaded and unloaded without the trailers needing to be uncoupled.

The spring-mounted bridge enables loading and unloading in one go

Bridge

The spring-loaded bridge can be folded down with minimal effort. The entire width of the body can be used, thanks to locking mechanisms directly in the corner stanchions.

When a trailer is frequently loaded by forklift, the rearmost base plate is often exposed to increased wear and tear. To protect it, an additional base plate is fitted at the rear portal, extending the service life of the trailer.

The roof can be raised to increase the side through-loading height. This provides for convenient loading and unloading, preventing damage to the load and roof.

The standard Safety Roof also contributes to the strength of the trailer body. The Safety Roof can be slid forward or backwards and stopped in an open position for loading and unloading by crane.

The Roof Safety Airbag (RSAB) improves safety in traffic. When inflated, the RSAB creates a bulge in the roof, causing water to run off and preventing ice formation in winter.
