M.KO Z.KO

With through-loading trailers, the M.KO box body truck can be loaded and unloaded by forklift directly through the Z.KO central axle trailer. This saves time and space as the high-volume truck body and trailer combination only needs to drive up to the ramp once and there is no need to unhitch the trailer.

Flexible and higher utilisation of the trailer's capacity, thanks to its double-decker system. Ideal for freight that cannot be stacked. The system provides for gap-free loading using two infinitely height-adjustable split levels.

The insulated roller shutter ensures that there is no more lost time or lost refrigeration, as the trailer can be opened once it has reached the ramp.

Standard rubber bumper

As the trailer is approaching a ramp, the rubber bumpers protect the trailer body from damage by bumps, and impact shocks are dampened. The bumpers prevent expensive and time-consuming repairs.

Roller corner bumpers even out loads at the rear

Roller corner bumpers compensate for vertical motion during loading and unloading on the ramp. The rubber bumpers prevent damage to the rear portal, protecting the semi-trailer.

Dynamic Ramp Protection

The compressible stainless steel bumpers compensate for vertical movements under load and absorb impact shocks. The trailer body is protected and the impact force is directed into the chassis.

A reversing camera assists the driver when reversing. Whether docking to ramps, manoeuvring within a confined space or in narrow streets, visibility to the rear provides greater safety and avoids damage.

Tail lift

Thanks to its tail lift, loading and unloading is easy even without a ramp. The tail lift enables the trailer to be directly loaded and unloaded.

Floor

Multi-functional floor

The floor has a significantly longer service life than conventional floors, while also being lighter and more slip-resistant. Vertical clamping beams can be inserted directly into the recessed load securing profiles.

Side wall

Internal lighting

Good illumination of the interior of the box is crucial for safe working conditions. A range of different light and switch versions are available to suit all requirements.

Exterior lighting provides for the safety of the truck and other road users.

External lighting

Side markers, and front and rear lights on trailers are required by law. Additional reversing lights or working spotlights and a warning lamp for the tail lift are also optionally available.

Electronic ramp approach aid

The electronic ramp approach aid assists drivers when approaching loading ramps. Once reverse gear has been engaged, the system uses visual and audible signals to inform the driver of the distance remaining behind the vehicle. When the semi-trailer is nearing the ramp, the trailer brakes independently.
