The countdown to the second major step in the Cargobull PartnerConnect project has begun - the processing of full service contracts and the associated services can then also be implemented via the portal.

With the successful rollout in all countries last year, the following services are already being processed directly via the system:

  • Technical support for our products (trailers, CTU, S.CU etc.) Submission of warranty claims
  • Clarification of administrative questions about processing and contracts

The following new functions will be added soon:

  • Processing of repair and maintenance orders as well as field actions
  • Access to individual, service-relevant vehicle data from Schmitz Cargobull for accelerated diagnosis and maintenance

As a result, the Cargobull Repair System will be discontinued as of 06.11.2025

  • Who can register for Cargobull PartnerConnect?

    Registration in the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal is only possible for authorised service partners with a Schmitz Cargobull ID who are registered in the Cargobull service portal. As an employee of an authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partner, you have received a registration email containing a link to create your Cargobull ID. Only with the Cargobull ID will you automatically receive access to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal (https://partnerconnect.cargobull.com/)

  • How can I register in the Cargobull service portal?

    To register as an authorised service partner for Cargobull PartnerConnect, you must first register in the Cargobull service portal. To do this, please click here.

  • How do I see if I already have a Cargobull ID/how do I apply for a Cargobull ID?

    To check whether you have already created a Cargobull ID, log in to the service portal: https://partnerconnect.cargobull.com/ See the note at the top right under your user name. Here you can also apply for a Cargobull ID if you no longer have the registration email by clicking on “Not linked”.

  • How can I log in to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal?

    To take advantage of all the benefits of Cargobull PartnerConnect, click here: https://partnerconnect.cargobull.com/

    Only authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partners with a Cargobull ID who are registered on the Cargobull service portal can register on the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal.


  • Who do I contact if I have any questions about Cargobull PartnerConnect?

    Describe your request in an e-mail to support.partnerconnect@cargobull.com. For optimal use of the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal, we recommend our training courses in the Cargobull Campus.

  • How can I register in the Cargobull service portal?
    To register as an authorised service partner for Cargobull PartnerConnect, you must first register in the Cargobull service portal. You can register here.

    As an employee of our authorised service partners, you will then receive a registration email to register for the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. Please first click on the link in the email to create your Cargobull ID, which will automatically give you access to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. To verify your data, you will then need to log in to the Cargobull service portal.

With Cargobull PartnerConnect, we offer you exactly the functions you need as an authorised service partner for your various tasks. Whether you are a mechatronics technician, clerk or managing director - everyone has their own needs-based area available.

Tom and Sam: “As a mechatronics technician, I am responsible for the repair and maintenance of our customer vehicles. I use the technical support to get the necessary support for trailers, telematics and the cooling unit.”

Chris: “As a clerk, I am responsible for processing and invoicing repairs and maintenance. I can claim warranties for customer vehicles and request support for commercial processing. I also have the opportunity to take on the role of Sam and Tom.”

Johanna: "As Managing Director, I am responsible for the operational workshop business. To do this, I can edit opening hours and contact details. I can also track the status of support requests as well as service and billing issues. I can also view the status of our warranty claims. I can also support Sam, Tom and Chris.”

As part of the contractual partnership, as an authorised service partner, you may accept warranty claims from our mutual customers and, after prior approval from our customer service, carry out repairs on the complained about Schmitz Cargobull products in accordance with standardised specifications.

Manage My Account

Your account and login information at a glance

In the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal, as an authorised service partner you can see all your account and login information at a glance and update it yourself. Please use this service so that our customers and we always have your data up to date.

Identify spare parts

With the help of EPOS = Electronic Parts Documentation and Ordering System

When repairs are needed, as an authorised service partner, you are often faced with the task of quickly finding the right spare parts for trailer repairs.

Schmitz Cargobull has developed a system for this purpose, the EPOS = Electronic Parts Documentation and Ordering System.  Spare parts can not only be identified quickly, but can also be transferred directly to the shopping basket and ordered at the click of a mouse.

Identification is accessible to registered users of the service portal.

Bill service contract services

Quick and easy in the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal

From 10 November 2025, all service processes will be handled entirely on the new Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. As an authorised service partner, you can invoice repair and maintenance work as well as inspections that you carry out on trailers with a service contract on the new portal.

All customer vehicles with a service contract are listed there with additional information on the trailer's equipment, as well as due maintenance and statutory inspections.

  • As a service partner, how can I submit a warranty claim for a Schmitz Cargobull product? / How can defects in Schmitz Cargobull products be reported by customers?
    As part of the contractual partnership, you as a service partner may process Schmitz Cargobull products with a warranty claim and repair them in accordance with standardised specifications and prior approval by customer service.
