    With MyCargobull you are opting for a modern, user-friendly customer portal that makes your daily work noticeably easier. You can view and manage all the information about your vehicle fleet in one place. This saves you time and improves your planning processes.
  • Who can use MyCargobull?
    MyCargobull is available to all customers who have concluded a service contract and have registered once for a Cargobull ID.
  • How can I create a Cargobull ID?

    As an existing customer with a service contract, you will receive an invitation link for the Cargobull ID by e-mail. Alternatively, you can also start the creation process directly when you log in to the Cargobull Repair System. Simply click on the "Create Cargobull ID now" button.

    After successful processing, you will receive an invitation link to create your Cargobull ID by e-mail a few days later. 

  • How long does it take to create the Cargobull ID?
    Registration only takes a few minutes.
  • How can I access MyCargobull?
    With your Cargobull ID, usually your work e-mail address, and your password, you can log in and use MyCargobull - around the clock, even on the move.
  • In which languages is MyCargobull available?
    The portal is available in 18 national languages. This means you can use the portal in your preferred language and benefit from clear, understandable user guidance - without any language barriers.
  • Is there a charge for using MyCargobull?
    No, use of the portal is currently free of charge.
