Which telematics control units is TrailerConnect® TyreManager compatible with?The TrailerConnect® TyreManager is compatible with with all current Schmitz Cargobull control units.

How do I connect to the trailer?You can connect to the trailer by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the vehicle identification number. You can find the QR code on the front side of the trailer.

How can I register for TrailerConnect® TyreManager?You will find a registration link on our homepage tyremanager.cargobull.com. If someone in your organization is already registered, this person can invite you directly from TrailerConnect® TyreManager.

What should be considered during configuration?It is necessary that the telematics is supplied with voltage via the EBS during configuration. Therefore, please make sure that the ignition of the truck is switched on.

How many configuration changes do i see in the history?The last 6 configurations are documented.

Why do I have to register for TrailerConnect® TyreManager?Data protection is important to us. Therefore, we want to ensure that only authorized persons have access to TrailerConnect® TyreManager. The one-time activation takes place within a maximum of 2 working days.

What does the gray representation of the tires mean?If one or more tires are displayed in gray, the configuration for these tires has not yet been completed. Please wait until the configuration has run through successfully.

How long does a successful configuration take?The configuration should be completed successfully within a few minutes. The prerequisite is that the CTU 3 is powered up and that the telematics control unit has sufficient reception capability.

Which configurations can be carried out with TrailerConnect® TyreManager?You can use TrailerConnect® TyreManager to train new sensors and swap sensor positions. The sensor position can be exchanged wheel or axle by wheel.

What do I need to teach a new sensor?To train a new sensor, you need the sensor ID. The sensor ID is printed on the sensor. Alternatively, you can scan the DataMatrix code on the sensor.
