Side

Sidewall

The sidewall system allows fast and convenient handling, enabling the entire side to be opened or closed in under one minute, which reduces downtime and speeds up loading processes. Five interconnected door segments on each side ensure stable operation, with secure locking mechanisms at the front and rear of the semi-trailer body. Optionally for the European version a double-sided foldable wall is available, offering loading and unloading from both sides for greater flexibility in everyday transport operations.

The sliding middle post design ensures longer durability of the side doors and allows easy, precise positioning. The sliding middle post can be detached from its central position and repositioned across the full width of the trailer for maximun flexibility during loading.

Pressure monitoring system

The tyre pressure monitoring by TrailerConnect® immediately possible – if sensors are mounted on the tyre. The system displays when you need to top up air into a tyre. The correct tyre pressure reduces wear and tear while saving fuel due to improved rolling resistance.

The flashing side marking lights (SML) help to avoid accidents when turning. When the driver indicates, the side marking lights on the semi-trailer also flash and signal to other road users that the vehicle is about to turn.

Load securing beams

Unpalletised freight can be secured by means of flush-mounted load securing rails. Load securing protection beams can be suspended as required, enabling the interior to be freely used.

The trailer comes with 14 pairs of load-securing profiles on the floor as standard, with an optional upgrade to 27 pairs for increased flexibility. The aluminum profiles sit slightly below the floor surface, ensuring a smooth loading area without obstacles when loading or unloading.

Lashing rails

An optional lashing-ring system is available for secure load fastening. Goods can be saely secured with belts using integrated rings, which can be mounted in both plywood and aluminum floors. In total, 13 pairs of lashing rings are installed in the side raves, each rated for 2,000 kg in accordance wit EN 12640.

The holders for load-securing belts are designed to simplify the fastening process. Belts can be quickly hooked into the holders, allowing the load to be secured efficiently via the side profiles from either side of the trailer. This solution improves handling convenience and supports safe, stable load securing during daily operations
